It was established pursuant to Decision No. (350) of 2005 concerning the establishment of a branch of the Research and Consulting Center, Article (1). The Center was later reorganized under the University Council\u2019s Decision No. (5) of 2019.<\/p>\n The Office is a research and consulting body academically affiliated with the University\u2019s Faculties of Arts and Education.
